Our Mission

Any information that relates to you, as an identified or identifiable individual, for instance, your Full Name, Email Address, Date of Birth, Citizenship, Visa Details, Residential Address, Marital Status, Age, Phone Number, Professional Skills, Education Background, Certifications, Diplomas, Recommendation Letters, LinkedIn Account, Photos and Videos. Information verbally provided during one-to-one sessions with WorkFlow ICT's employees and partners.


Data Processing

We only process the information you provide to us. You should be aware that, whenever you sign up a service with us, we will request your information to improve your personal brand aiming to boost your career and/or your business. Unfortunately, there is no way to provide our services without such data, as part of our Services Agreement.

We will store your data for 12 Months after its inclusion. Within this period, your information may be used on WorkFlow ICT promotional campaigns.


Who is Processing Your Data

Our Experts, Influencers, Employees, Consultants and restricted Partners will have access to your personal data, in the best interest to develop your brand. That includes the data outlined on the topic "PERSONAL DATA" as above. They will use your data among them to update your curriculum, social media profiles, marketing artwork and advertisements. We will share career-related data on public marketing campaigns through Workflow ICT and any of its subsidiary companies with the sole intent to create work opportunities for you.

We do not intend to transfer your personal data outside the European Union. However, be aware that your information will be shared through all the social media and this may cross the European borders.

The information that you provide to us is stored on cloud systems such as Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Could, MailChimp, Grammarly and LinkedIn. Occasionally some information may be shared through e-mail, always for the purposes above mentioned.

At this moment, we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. We will update this Policy should this change in the future.
