What is new in this process is that we won't be able to use your CV in the application. The European Commission won't accept CVs. Therefore, you will have to transcribe the information you have in your CV, to the format they require.
Another important aspect of this process is that you are applying your skillset and experience against several open requests that the European Commission releases every week. You only need to apply once, and we will do the matching on your behalf.

Follow the instructions in the email you received from us and transcribe the info in your CV to the application form. This recorded Webinar will help you fill out the form.
Submit your application form back to [email protected]. Please do not send us your CV. Only the European Commission's application form will be accepted.
Our HR Department will validate your application before we send it to the European Commission. In some cases, we might need you to correct some information in your form before we can submit. We will update you regularly.
The European Commission, represented by our partner in Belgium, will match your skill set with several open positions they have to see if you are a good fit. You might then be called for a few interviews in the weeks following your submission. This is also when they will make you an offer., including your salary and benefits.
If approved, our partner in Belgium will start the process of applying for your Work Permit, if applicable, and this process usually takes from two to three months. If granted, they will negotiate the start date with you, and you can pack your bags.
